Artistry by Lauren – Makeup Appointment Terms & Conditions

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your makeup appointment. This deposit will be taken off your final balance, which is payable on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to allow your deposit to be transferred.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Allergies & Skin Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
While I use professional, high-quality products, I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

If you are prone to allergic reactions, a patch test is strongly recommended at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible experience.
Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation, and the remaining balance for the service will still be payable. Failure to settle this balance may affect future booking eligibility.

Health & Hygiene

If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. This helps protect the health and safety of all clients.

All tools, brushes, and products are thoroughly sanitised before and after every appointment, with hygiene maintained to the highest professional standard.
